15 Spacious Stalls
Each stall is equipped with individual fans for maximum comfort in the warmer months, helping keep horses cool, relaxed, and happy. We clean stalls daily and provide grain and owner provided supplements 2x daily.
Covered Arena
Direct access to our beautiful covered arena means you can ride in comfort year-round, no matter the weather. With excellent footing it’s ideal for everything from young horses and green riders to serious training rides and show prep.
Hot Walker & Wash Bay
Our 6-horse covered hot walker also has a wash bay with hot and cold water and washer and dryer. The hot walker warms up, cools down and helps with rehab, the wash bay keeps them clean and the washer and dryer keeps your pads, wraps and gear clean.
Lay Up and BreakingPen
Our lay up and breaking pen is attached to the barn, giving horses a safe, controlled space to recover, restart, or begin training under close supervision.

Our climate-controlled tack room keeps your equipment clean, dry, and secure year-round, so you can focus on your ride instead of worrying about your gear.

Stall Board
$1,000/month
12x12 stalls with full‑care boarding. Includes feeding 2x daily, free‑choice quality hay, group night turnout on large grass pastures. You also have the option of individual small paddock turnout. Blanketing, holding for the vet and farrier are also included for convenient, horse‑first care.
Pasture Board
$600/month
Premium pasture board for horses who thrive living outside with friends. Horses enjoy large, well‑maintained grass pastures and quality free‑choice hay as needed in winter. With access to the entire facility including the barn to tack/untack and our covered arena.
Full Training Board
$1,800/month
Our full training board is designed for riders who want consistent, professional progress for themselves and their horses. This program includes 5 days per week of professional rides, or a custom mix of pro rides and lessons for the owner, so training stays on track even on your busiest weeks. Every horse gets a tailored training plan and discounted coaching at shows. It’s an ideal option for developing young horses, polishing show horses, or taking your own riding to the next level with a trusted training partner.
Partial Training Board
$1,500/month
Our partial training board is perfect for riders who want regular professional support while staying closely involved in their horse’s program. This option includes 3 days per week of professional rides, or a mix of pro rides and lessons for the owner, so you and your horse keep progressing without a full training schedule. Every horse gets a tailored training plan with schooling rides and lessons tailored to your goals.
Discounted Board
Prices Vary
We offer a limited number of discounted board arrangements for the right horse–rider pairs. Our Working Boarder option, where riders can exchange barn chores each week for a reduction in board, lessons or training rides.
Our Lesson Horse Board option gives boarders a reduced rate in exchange for allowing their suitable horse to be used in our lesson program—perfect for owners who want to help keep their horse in regular, supervised work. Includes professional schooling rides.
Consignment Board
$1,800/month + 10% of sale
Consignment board is designed for owners who are ready to sell and want professional help from start to finish. This program includes training rides to keep your horse tuned and market‑ready, plus handling of the key details that come with selling: photos and video, advertising, screening inquiries, scheduling trials, and coordinating vet checks. We present your horse honestly and professionally to the right buyers, while you enjoy full‑care boarding and regular updates throughout the process.
